And from first glance, it seems to represent the old idea of anal bleaching and skin whitening as being used mostly by sex workers and exotic dancers, and not the popularity it’s gained recently among us regular, everyday people. This glitzy bottle comes at a higher price than some of its other competitors. There are some positive things being said out there about this product, so we thought we’d test it out and see if what they say is true. Well, with a higher price tag and more glamorous appearance, it certainly looks the part. But the question is, are those extra dollars worth it?

The short answer is: Not really. After testing this product, we can say that this is not one of our favorites. It was a bit of a disappointment. If you are going to use Pink Privates, be prepared for a long wait of up to 5 weeks for any change, and in that time, expect a less than comfortable experience. This product could take up to 8 weeks of application to give you the results you want. That’s a long time and a lot of applications to some seriously sensitive skin. We decided the best thing to do was to test this product for ourselves in order to give you the most honest and comprehensive review.

How to Apply Pink Privates

It is important to note that before using any product, you should always do a patch test to see if you have an allergic reaction or if it causes irritation in any way. Pink Privates is Hydroquinone free and is made from all-natural ingredients, which makes it great for sensitive areas, and it is less likely to irritate, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

8 weeks is a long time and a single bottle is quite small, so if you choose to use this product you might want to stock up on a few of them. Of course, this means that the cost starts to add up, so keep that in mind. 8 weeks to get your desired results means 56 days of use and, by using it twice a day, that’s a whopping 112 applications. Do you want to be putting a beauty product on your sensitive skin and intimate areas for that long, that many times?

Not to mention that this is only an estimate. The time it takes will vary depending on the color and nature of your skin when it is applied. Darker skin will take longer than lighter, so if your skin is darker, be prepared for an even longer wait. It’s also important to remember that these products don’t have permanent effects. So, in the future, you will have to re-apply, and if your skin is darker, it may not be worth going through the cycle again. It would be best to look elsewhere for your skin lightening treatment.

Pink Privates is safer to use than some of their competitors, however, due to it being made from all-natural ingredients. If a product made from all-natural ingredients is something you are looking for, then Pink Privates does tick some boxes. This is derived from the leaves of the bearberry bush and is scientifically proven to have melanin-inhibiting properties. Melanin is what causes the coloration in your skin. • Apricot Kernel Oil: used in many beauty products today, this ingredient is used to lubricate and nourish your skin and has anti-inflammatory products.
• Jojoba Seed Oil: an extract from the nut of the Jojoba plant, an indigenous American shrub and was used by native Americans. This oil is used as a natural moisturizer.
• Squalane: a substance your body naturally produces, and found in sugar canes and plants, Squalane is used to allow deeper penetration of the cream into the skin.
• Hyaluronic Acid: used often in anti-aging products and produced by your body naturally, this helps to retain collagen and maintain elasticity. Hyluronic Acid reduces water loss and can result in lighter, youthful skin. It also can help with inflammation.
• Polyacrylamide: This is found in many cosmetics and moisturizers. Its function is to bind the ingredients together.
• Laureth-7: derived from lauric acid, this is used in many beauty products as an emulsifier and surfactant.
• C13-14 Isoparaffin: a thickening agent. This is derived from petroleum and is considered a low hazard ingredient.
• Phenoxyethanol: a safer alternative to parabens, this is used as a preservative in beauty products.
• Ethylhexylglycerin: another alternative to parabens, this is used to inhibit the growth of bacteria and improve the performance of any other preservatives and stabilizers in the product.
• Purified Water: Good old simple water… but purified

Getting the low-down on the ingredients certainly helps keep peace of mind. As you can see from the list, everything was chosen in order to make Pink Privates kinder to your skin. This product was made with the health of your intimate areas in mind. Something you definitely want to hear. By avoiding ingredients containing harmful substances such as mercury and parabens, it avoids some of the nasty side-effects these substances produce, such as irritation, allergic reactions and redness.

Our final review

There is a lot of uncertainty about this product. Using all-natural ingredients is a plus, meaning that it’s less likely to cause irritation. Many of the ingredients used have anti-inflammatory products and are designed for sensitive skin in mind. But the real question is, is it worth its price? We aren’t so sure. There are a lot of similar products out there, so it would probably be best to shop around a bit first before making any decisions. We would tend to stay away from this product and look for better alternatives. There do seem to be products like this that either doesn’t have the high price tag or can get you the results you want quicker or in some cases, both.

There are other products that we prefer, and we would definitely be more inclined to try those out first. This anal bleaching cream seems to be a bit of a let-down, especially after the good things we heard about it. It seems some people like this product and some don’t. Mostly, nobody can make their mind up. We would try to avoid this one if possible and look for something else.

That is not to say that this product doesn’t work. If you stick at it long enough you will probably get the results you want. After around 8 weeks, we noticed that any before discoloration was lightened, and our skin tone was whiter. So, after the weeks of regular application, there were positive results. But really, in this day and age, does anyone want to wait 2 months for something they could get much sooner with a different product? For something like this, it would probably be best to get it done as quickly as possible. You more than likely want to start seeing results fast.

Also, if your skin is darker in complexion, we would advise you to look for a product that can give you results much faster, as this one will probably leave you a little disappointed.

Conclusion

If you’re looking for fast results or are on a tight budget, then this product is not for you. Since you need to apply the product twice a day for a long time, you would need to stock up on a couple of bottles, which can get pricy. After 8 weeks you should notice discoloration becoming lighter and your skin becoming much whiter, but this is not the only product that can give you that. If you are willing to spend a bit more cash and put the extra time in, it’s good to know that this product does work, but we don’t recommend heading straight for this product, it’s always best to do a bit of shopping around first.

We like that it is made with all-natural ingredients and designed to be kinder to skin than some other products out there that still use harsh chemicals, and the air-tight pump on the bottle makes for less mess and contamination over prolonged use. By choosing this product you avoid substances that can cause serious irritation to your sensitive skin. But there is never a guarantee that you won’t have a reaction, but by avoiding harmful substances, it significantly lowers the chance. However, this is not the only product that offers a kinder-to-skin solution. From the list of ingredients, we saw that many of them were commonly used in beauty products. What we are saying is, there are others out there that offer similar products that work in less time and for cheaper.

We would personally recommend Amaira Intimate Lightening Serum as a better alternative to Pink Privates as an anal bleaching treatment. It works faster and is safer to use. Amaira is also cheaper, so can give you the results you want on a budget. With so many uncertainties surrounding Pink Privates and the long an uncomfortable wait for any results, it’s safer and easier to go for an option that guarantees what you want, and Amaira is our favorite.
