My Pink Wink – Expert Bleaching Cream Review

My Pink Wink – Expert Bleaching Cream Review

In our modern age, there are many beauty products out there. Originally, anal bleaching was thought of strictly for exotic dancers and sex workers. But with its rising popularity, lightening the skin tone and smoothing out discoloration of our intimate areas can be done by just about anybody. Whilst discoloration is a natural occurrence, it can make you feel insecure about your appearance and unattractive.

At-home bleaching creams are one way of lightening and smoothing your skin, but with so many different products available on the market, we decided to put them to the test, so you know what is best for you! In this review, we look at a product that has been available on the market for several years, My Pink Wink.

What is My Pink Wink?

My Pink Wink is a bleaching cream, launched in 2013, which is designed to lighten the sensitive skin of intimate areas, including:

Woman with pink nails holding jar of cream

  • Anus
  • Vagina
  • Nipples
  • Underarms
  • Birthmarks
  • Scars
  • Age spots
  • Freckles
  • Elbows
  • Knees
  • And other parts of the body

It seems you can use this on pretty much just about anywhere you feel like. Having a product that is designed for most of your body definitely means you get more value for money. This means you don’t have to spend more money on multiple products for different areas of skin. For those of us on a budget, a product like this is something you should look out for. If you are looking to lighten a few areas of skin though, we would recommend buying more than one bottle of My Pink Wink.

This product uses a peptide formula and is designed specifically for super sensitive skin. This means that it can be used on most areas of your body without having to worry. According to the manufacturer, this product is designed to give you fast results. This all sounds good, but does it really work? Well, that’s what we wanted to find out. After testing the product, we unfortunately found a few problems with My Pink Wink. In our full review, we’ll discuss the positives and negatives of this product for you, to see if this is the product for you.

What are the Ingredients?

The best way to get to know a product is to know what it’s made from. The two main ingredients are Oligopeptide-68 and Nonapeptide-1. These are peptides that naturally even fade discoloration in the skin. My Pink Wink uses all biogenic ingredients. These are substances that your body naturally produces.

Peptides are chains of amino acids and are the building blocks of proteins in the skin. By using products that contain peptides, it can encourage your skin to create collegian, an important protein in anti-aging. When your skin loses collegian, that is when wrinkles form. So, by having these peptides as their main ingredients, using My Pink Wink will naturally promote youthful, healthy skin and whitening.

Thanks to the use of natural ingredients, My Pink Wink is hydroquinone-free free from harmful chemicals and is less likely to cause a reaction. Other products that contain harmful substances have side effects that can cause irritation, redness and allergic reactions. That is not to say you definitely won’t have a reaction, but it is much less likely, and it won’t be due to harsh chemicals.

There are plenty of benefits to using all-natural beauty products. They are more environmentally friendly, it avoids irritation, and they avoid side effects that chemical-based beauty products could produce. If you’re environmentally conscious or have sensitive skin and worry about what you are putting on your skin, buying an all-natural beauty product is something to really consider.

My Pink Wink is also specially designed to be kinder to the skin so that even the most sensitive of you out there can use this product.

It’s always best to know what’s in your beauty products, so we’ve compiled a list of them with their function to familiarize you with what is in My Pink Wink and help you decide whether this product is for you.

What goes into My Pink Wink:

  • Oligopeptide-68: this is the first of two main ingredients of My Pink Wink. Naturally found in the body, this skin-brightening peptide has a unique property that smooths out dark patches and discoloration and lightens the skin. It works by inhibiting a gene that creates melanin. Melanin is what causes your skin tone to darken. By inhibiting it, it gradually lightens your tone.
  • Nonapeptide-1: the other main ingredient of My Pink Wink, this works similarly to Oligopeptide-68, and helps inhibit melanin production to brighten the skin and create a more even skin tone.
  • C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate: this is found in a lot of anti-aging products. C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate is a type of skin conditioner which is known to smoothen your skin as well as lighten it
  • Ceteareth-20: a type of alcohol, this functions as an emulsifier and cleansing agent
  • Cetearyl Alcohol: this is used as an emollient. Cetearyl Alcohol makes it easier for the cream to spread more evenly, giving you better coverage
  • Hydrogenated Lecithin: this is to improve the absorption of the cream, allowing it to sink into the skin better. Hydrogenated Lecithin is also known to fight dry and damaged skin and acts as a moisturizer
  • Butylene Glycol: This ingredient is used as a solvent, which makes it easier for the other ingredients to mix and bind together. Butylene Glycol is also used here as an epidermal conditioner and a viscosity-agent, which allows the cream to blend into the skin easier
  • Sodium Oleate: this is commonly found in soaps. Sodium Oleate is a type of sodium salt that acts as a cleanser in beauty products
  • Dextran: Dextran is used in both beauty products and in medicine. Its main purpose is to improve support iron and blood flow, promoting better circulation
  • Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate: a derivative of Vitamin C, used to promote youthful skin. Vitamin C is known to protect your skin from the effects of aging
  • Diazolidinyl Urea: this is a preservative. Diazolidinyl Urea is widely used in beauty products and cosmetics
  • IPBC: another preservative that is also widely used in beauty products and cosmetics

Whilst the product uses biogenic ingredients irritation may still occur. Before you use this product, you should first perform a patch test. Whilst My Pink Wink uses biogenic ingredients and is less likely to cause any reaction, you should make sure. To do this, rub a small amount of the cream into a less sensitive area of skin, such as the back of your hand. Wait for the cream to dry and check for any kind of reaction. If any redness or irritation occurs, then do not continue using this product and consult a dermatologist if it persists. If you do this, you will be thankful that you didn’t go straight into using the cream in a more intimate area.

My Pink Wink is easy to use. The cream should be used on clean, shaven skin for best results and an even cover. It’s best to apply the cream a few days after shaving so that the area is clean, but your skin has had some time to heal. First, you need to clean the area you want to apply, then gently exfoliate, being careful not to break any skin. By doing this you remove any dead skin

woman removing makeupand dirt that could be on the area, which will give the cream a more even cover and allow deeper penetration into the skin. After each application, wait around 10 minutes for the cream to dry. For the best results in a shorter time, My Pink Wink cream should be applied 2-4 times a day.

Four applications a day seems a bit much when there are other products that only require one or two applications a day. And waiting 10 minutes after each time for it to air dry will really take a lot out of your day. We would rather be doing something else with that time. There are other products available that require fewer applications and will give you the same results in a much quicker time. If you’re prepared to put the work in, then you can give My Pink Wink a try. But I think a lot of us don’t want to be wasting a lot of time on a product that might not give us the results we want in a reasonable amount of time.

Does it really work?

My Pink Wink claims to give fast results (the manufacturer says that you should notice a change in 2-4 weeks). However, we found that this does not seem to always be the case, and in fact, it could take a lot longer before you reach your desired results. Considering this product needs to be applied 4 times a day, and you may not notice any results for at least a few months, it appears to be more work than it’s worth. We did like the product as a whole, but there are some aspects of it that we didn’t like and want you to consider before trying this one out yourself.

Cream in jarThis product does work, maybe after a longer time than you expect, but you will get the results you want. If you’re willing to put in the work then it’s good to know that you will get what you want, however after so many applications a day for so long, you’re more likely to run out of steam and enthusiasm before you notice any change.

It is also important to consider that the time it takes for you to start seeing results depends on the complexion of your skin at the point of use.  Beauty products such as My Pink Wink will take longer to work on darker complexions than on those with lighter complexions. Bleaching products do not provide permanent effects either, so you will need to re-apply. If you have a darker complexion, we would advise you to look for a product that actually does give you your desired results in a shorter amount of time.

The two preservatives in the formula can be known to cause some skin irritation, so whilst it advertises itself as biogenic and is supposed to be suitable for very sensitive skin, that might not really be the case. just be are of any anal bleaching side effects that could occur. This may be more unlikely to happen than if you chose a product that has used mostly synthetic ingredients in its formula, but you should be aware that there may be possible side effects.

In short, this product does work. We did see a noticeable change and we generally liked it. If you bought My Pink Wink you will more than likely get what you want out of it, but don’t expect the fast results it claims.

Where can I buy My Pink Wink?

How to use My Pink Wink

The best place to buy this product is online. It’s best to avoid third-party sellers as they are less reliable and may sell you expired or outdated products. Instead, you should always try to buy the product from the shop on My Pink Wink’s official website. However, you can reliably buy the product off Amazon as the company is using that as another means of distribution. There aren’t any physical stores that we can see that definitely sell this product, so we would advise you to stick to their official website for your intimate bleaching needs.

Buy on Amazon

This product does not come cheap. If you are on a strict budget we’d advise shopping around a bit. Whilst we liked the product as a whole, you should check out some other bleaching creams that may be cheaper before deciding if this has value for your money.

Whilst this product does work if you put the time in, it certainly doesn’t work in a ‘wink’ as the product advertises.

As an alternative, we recommend Amaira Skin Lightening Serum.

We prefer this over My Pink Wink. It can give you the results you want – it can make your skin up to three times lighter – and is safer to use.

You can buy Amaira from the manufacturer’s website.

Divine Derriere – Expert Anal Bleaching Cream Review

Divine Derriere Bleaching Cream Review

Stuck with some stubborn scarring or sunspots from your many days in the sun? Maybe more of a troublesome skin condition. Or a birthmark you’ve lived with forever, always quietly nagging at you. To anyone else they may seem small and insignificant, but to yourself they may be magnified and have a damning impact on your self confidence. In the search of a solution I’m sure bleaching creams will pop up regularly. And with its raging reviews and high praise for quick results, you’re sure to have set your sights on Divine Derriere while in search of a bleaching cream.

But is it really worth all of the hype? And more importantly, is it for you? With the help of our many testers we’ve put Divine Derriere under the microscope in the hope of bringing you closer to your solution. Carry on reading below to see the honest truths of what we discovered.

What is Divine Derriere Bleaching Cream?

Divine Derriere is a company specialising in skincare products, helping to battle aging, achieve a more voluptuous set of curves and overall “correct” your superficial imperfections. One of their most sought after products is their bleaching cream, a remedy for those with discolored areas of skin.

These discolored areas could be:

Fac

●  Aging

●  Spots from sun exposure

●  Gray/brown patches known as Melasma

●  Birthmarks and freckles

● Acne scarring

●  Hyperpigmentation

The majority of people will use this cream on regions such as the face, neck, hands, elbows, knees, knuckles, etc. Which is where it is designed for. However, there are some people who will use this cream in more delicate and intimate regions such as the anus, vagina and nipples. These aren’t the wisest of actions as the cream is not designed to be used in such places and could have negative effects.

What are the Ingredients?

While reviewing Divine Derriere products, people have not failed to notice the mix of unusual ingredients. With bleaching creams there are usually two main formulas; ones with hydroquinone included and those without. Hydroquinone, when used, brightens the skin significantly. However, with it being a harsh chemical it can warrant some nasty side effects such as burning, stinging and dryness. With prolonged usage hydroquinone can even cause exogenous ochronosis, a condition where the skin is turned a bluish/black color.

Besides the harsh chemical of hydroquinone, Divine Derriere also uses some more natural ingredients such as vitamins and peptides which are found in the body. Even so, the amount of unusual and unreadable names found in the list of ingredients seem to outweigh the more natural ones which are enough to put many people off.

Applying body cream

How to use the product

So, how would Divine Derriere cream affect your beauty regime? Ideally, the cream would be applied once or twice a day, onto clean skin. It should simply be applied directly onto the desired area and rubbed in until it is fully absorbed. It is also advised that users should apply sunscreen (of at least SPF 30) to the same areas, in order to prevent further discoloration and to allow Divine Derriere to work its full magic.

There are no exact indications as to how long anyone should keep using this product. It seems most users see quite quick results. In fact, after only a few weeks of daily usage, some of our testers had some rather amazing results. So the time to stop using this product would be a personal judgement.

Face creamDoes Divine Derriere Work? Is it Safe to Use?

Now, the moment of truth. Does Divine Derriere’s bleaching cream truly work? Is it too good to be true? The answer is: yes, it does work. However, it may not all be quite as plain sailing as that.

During our testing of this product, our most common complaint was that of a burning and stinging sensation which lasted several minutes straight after application. Some testers were able to overlook this fact, after all, no pain no gain, right? And they went on to have pleasing results. Whereas some of our maybe less vain testers could not continue using the product after experiencing the unpleasant side-effects and therefore were not able to go on and see any results.

These side effects were almost certainly a result of the harsh chemical hydroquinone being used in the ingredients. Of course, there is a solution to this, Divine Derriere is not the only bleaching cream on the market and an alternative can be found without the use of hydroquinone. It is especially advised to those who already have sensitive skin, and also those going against the rules and using this cream on more intimate areas, to go with a hydroquinone-free option. Finding an alternative shouldn’t be too hard of a task either. Due to the negative effects of hydroquinone, many other brands of bleaching creams have now subtracted this ingredient from their formulas.

Amaira Natural Lightening Serum is an example of a brand that favors a more natural lineup of ingredients. Free of any harsh chemicals, their product is designed to be kinder to the skin and leave their users free of any worries. They use ingredients such as kojic acid and mulberry leaf extract to create a pleasing bleaching effect.>

So overall, we are not denying that Divine Derriere works. Most of our testers found that it did work, quickly and effectively. However, it’s hard to overlook the unpleasant experiences

had by some of our testers, and the possible effects which could arise. Especially when there are more options out there that are much kinder to our skin.

Where to Buy Divine Derriere?

As mentioned before, if you’re looking for a safe bleaching cream and also already have sensitive skin we would highly recommend giving Divine Derriere a miss. As there are so many options for creams without hydroquinone, the possible side-effects for Divine Derriere just aren’t worth it.

After our testing, we very much prefer Amaira Natural Lightening Serum. This product was actually specifically designed for anal bleaching, meaning it is even safe to use on all of your intimate areas. Without the harsh chemicals, this product can still greatly brighten your skin up to three or more shades lighter and give you peace of mind knowing there will be no nasty consequences to come. If you would like to give Amaira Natural Lightening Serum a try you can purchase the product here from the manufacturer, at the best rate, and with a 60-day money-back guarantee you have nothing to lose!

If you are looking to lighten your skin, you might be worried about how to do it. Some people think that the only way to get brighter, flawless skin is through expensive cosmetic procedures. Some people prefer to use skin lightening creams and serums. The good news is that you don’t need to spend a fortune to achieve whiter skin, so say goodbye to expensive treatments. Bleaching creams do work, and there are plenty out there on the market. However, some of us are not so sure about the use of chemicals, particularly on sensitive skin. You might be looking for a more natural solution.

One thing that is all-natural is food. You might be wondering if eating the right kind of food can actually alter your skin tone. We know that a healthy diet is good for us and can help heal acne, promote cell regeneration and help our skin look youthful and bright.

But the question we want to ask is, can food naturally whiten your skin?

The short the answer is yes.

Without harsh chemicals in creams and treatments, and without the high price tag, some foods are known to naturally lighten your skin. We wanted to know how this happens exactly. Below we have an in-depth list of 7 foods that can naturally whiten your skin and how they work. We have also included some foods to avoid. These foods can be detrimental to your skin. We’ve also included a few quick tips to get you started on your skin lightening journey.

A Healthy Diet – Is It the Key to Bright and Radiant Skin?

We all know a healthy diet is important for our wellbeing, but how does it affect our skin? When it comes to your body, the starting point is a healthy, balanced and colorful diet. Without it, it is impossible to brighten your skin tone.

Fresh fruit and vegetables are the key to a happy and healthy life. A healthy diet is the building blocks of changing yourself for the better. So, before you think about how you can brighten your skin tone, make sure you have that foundation in place.

Healthy food

Once you have that, it’s time to start looking at more specific foods that are known to lighten your skin tone. There are a lot of options out there. We did the hard work for you and have found the 7 best foods for lighter skin. If you are looking to lighten your skin without harsh chemicals and are looking for a more natural route, then give this a try. These foods are known to gradually lighten your skin. Whatever you choose, there is no magic recipe that will lighten your skin instantly. A natural route may take longer, but if you want to avoid synthetic ingredients then this may be your best option.

The following is a list of skin whitening foods you can eat regularly to improve your skin tone and complexion:

  1. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are so versatile, you can easily incorporate them into your diet every day. They go into almost every type of meal. Eat them raw, roast them or use them to make sauces. The possibilities are endless. Did you know that tomatoes can act as a natural sunscreen? Eating tomatoes can protect your skin from the negative effects of the sun’s rays. Overexposure to sunlight is bad for the skin and could result in some nasty side effects too. On top of using your regular sun screen, tomatoes will provide a natural protection from the sun.

  1. Watermelon

Watermelon is not just a delicious summer fruit, but it is also good for your skin. Watermelon is a natural skin lightener and brightener. Watermelon is packed full of vitamin A, B6 and C. It is also full of lycopene and amino acids, which all help to promote healthy and good-looking skin. The amino acids in watermelon also boosts your immune system and help with blood circulation. This will all help your skin. By boosting your immune system, your body will be able to fight off any harmful bacteria that comes into contact with your skin, reducing the chances of skin irritations and infections.

  1. Lemon

Lemon is a natural bleaching agent. It is known to have antiseptic qualities – it can even be used to clean your home. Lemon is rich in vitamin C as well as antioxidants. Drink a glass of lemon juice or make lemon tea once a day to really feel the benefits. Hot water with slices of lemon will give you all the good benefits of lemon.

Because lemons are antibacterial, they are great for treating acne. Lemon rind can be used to cleanse blackheads and clear up your skin. If you suffer from acne, or skin issues, then the first thing to do before you lighten your skin is clear it up. Smooth skin will look radiant and give you a rejuvenated look. Lemon is a great natural way to take care of your skin. Skin lightening creams and serums often use lemon in their ingredients as it is a known skin brightener. Cut the cost and buy the source.

  1. Orange

Oranges are packed full of vitamins A and C which are essential for healthy, bright skin. Orange also helps in collagen production, which will keep your skin plump and glossy. Orange peel is considered the boon of skin care as it can be used to treat blackheads, dead skin cells, acne and blemishes. You can even add milk or curd with orange peel to remove tan and give your skin that extra glow. So, as well as eating it you can also use the rind on your skin. The rind has a higher concentration of vitamin C than the segments that you eat, so by using both you will get the full benefit of the orange.

  1. Pomegranate

Pomegranate is essential for youthful looking skin. Pomegranate is often known as a super food, and its main benefit is promoting blood flow around the body. An improved and healthy blood circulation is vital in changing your skin tone. The peel of a pomegranate also has great healing properties. Gently rubbing the rind on your face can be an effective method in reducing acne. Pomegranate is known to aid in the reduction of acne, pimples and skin rashes. The antioxidants in pomegranate peel is also known to help kill harmful bacteria and protect your skin against infections.

  1. Cucumber

We’ve all seen it on TV when someone is sitting in their perfect white dressing gown that they got from a fancy hotel, with a face mask and cucumbers over their eyes. But did you know that actually works? Cucumber is loaded with vitamin B and micronutrients, making it a must have for people who want to lighten or improve their skin. Cucumber is known to naturally improve your skin tone. Putting cucumber over your eyes can also improve the look of dark circles.

Cucumber can fight against inflammation and heal skin irritations. It is also an essential food for hydration due to its high water content. The skin of a cucumber can also help tighten sagging skin. This food is an essential for anyone who wants to take good care of their skin. Cucumber is a wonder for your skins health and vitality.

  1. Beetroot

Beetroot is rich in iron, copper and magnesium. Because of this, beetroot can flush away toxins in the body. When toxins have been eliminated from the body, your skin will instantly improve. Any acne, rashes or skin irritations will reduce significantly. Because of this, beetroot is an essential food on this list. When improving your skin, most people would think that you just had to focus on the surface of your body. In reality, what goes on inside effects the outside more than you know. When your body is unhealthy on the inside, it reflects on your skin. So, in order to look healthy and vibrant on the outside, you have to feel good on the inside. That’s why fitness fanatics always have great skin.

Foods to avoid if you want whiter skin:

Just as there are foods to eat if you want whiter skin, there are also foods you should avoid. We know, we wish that all food was good for us and there are foods that we wish weren’t bad for us. But just like there are foods that can whiten or discolor your teeth, there are also foods that can damage your skin, alter your skin tone and accelerate the aging process. These are the foods we want to avoid.

  • Colas, sodas and carbonated drinks
  • Coffee and caffeinated drinks
  • Deep fried foods
  • Foods high in fat and sugar
  • Tetra packs and canned juices

These foods will have a bad effect on your skin. So, if you are looking to improve your skin in any way, then you should actively avoid these. Anything that is high in fat or sugar will have a negative effect on your skin. If you’re dedicated to lightening your skin, then our best advice is to cut these foods out completely. They will only slow down or disrupt the lightening effect.

Remember that this process can take time. Even if you were using a cosmetic skin lightening treatment, you won’t get any results instantly. Any lightening is gradual. So, maintain a healthy diet, avoid foods that have negative effects on your skin and you may find that your skin becomes smoother, lighter and more vibrant over time.

Here are some quick tips:

These are some quick tips on things to do to maintain a healthy diet and lighten your skin tone. By doing these, you may find yourself on the way to lighter skin and a healthier lifestyle.

  • Drink lots of water and natural drinks like coconut water and fresh fruit juices. It’s recommended that you drink around eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day. This will keep your skin moistened and hydrated. Be careful to avoid fruit juices that are packed with sugar though. Always read the label first to make sure you are getting the healthiest option.
  • Swap out your daily coffee for a hot mug of green tea. You will be avoiding the negative effects coffee has on your skin and instead getting all the good benefits of green tea. Green tea is packed full of antioxidants and is known to delay the aging process and enrich your skin. If you don’t like the taste, try adding a little honey or lemon to your tea.
  • As well as maintaining a healthy diet, sleep is vitally important. Having a consistent sleep schedule where you are getting the recommended hours of pillow time is key for good skin.
  • Also consider trying out a natural skin lightening cream. While these foods are known to have skin lightening properties, it may not work for everyone. And it may take some time too. There are plenty of skin lightening creams that only use natural ingredients out there. If you want the process to be a little quicker, then give one a try.
  • Amaira is a natural skin lightener that is proven to get the results you want while only using all-natural ingredients. Using Amaira means that you are quickening up the process whilst also still avoiding harsh chemicals or expensive treatments. We recommend Amaira for any part of your body that you want to lighten.

Some Final Thoughts

If there are any foods that can lighten your skin, then it is the ones that we have listed above. If you are looking to avoid chemicals or want to lighten your skin while on a budget, then give this a try. However, there is no guarantee that it will work for everyone. If you are serious about wanting to lighten your skin, then we would recommend using a skin lightening cream or serum that uses all-natural ingredients alongside your new and improved healthy diet. For the most effective outcome, we’d recommend using both methods at the same time.

Using Pills as a Treatment to Lighten Your Skin

It seems that pills are becoming available to treat almost everything. From weight control, to lightening your skin, there truly is a pill available to cater to your every need.

It is debatable whether or not humanity has now reached a stage where we have an over-reliance on these ‘magic’ pills, to the point where the majority of the population now use them as their first point of call, should they suffer any illness, or just wish to change something about their body or their health.

No doubt if you are here, then you are considering using pills to alter the color, or at least the darkness of your skin.

Whether or not you have exhausted other means of treatment, or this is your first point of call, this article is here to present you with as much information as is possible in order to assist you when you are making your decision as to whether or not pills are the way for you to go.

It is possible that you are frightened of laser treatment and the potential dangers that are often associated with such treatments.

It is also possible that you feel pills are a better option than manufactured creams, which often contain steroids or other potentially harmful ingredients.

If that is the case, then it is likely that pills are the next most commonly used treatment as you work your way down the list of potential solutions to your skin complexion problems.

As previously mentioned, this article will aim to provide you with a balanced view as to whether whitening pills are the answer to your problems.

Looking in more detail at; why you may wish to whiten your skin, how skin whitening pills work and what exactly they are, how quickly you can expect to see results should things go well and the potential dangers and side effects of such treatments.

Why Whiten Your Skin?

As the famous line reads, ‘let’s start at the very beginning, it’s a very good place to start.’

Building on this, the reason that you are here is that you have likely decided that you wish to alter the tone of sections or your skin, or at least you are in the process of deciding whether or not this is a good idea or something that you wish to pursue.

Well, you are not alone.

In fact, you are very far from being alone.

It is not uncommon for both men and women to want to ‘clear up’ any birthmarks or discolored areas of their skin.

Usually, the reason for this is that they suffer from the confidence issues that can easily arise due to such marks on their skin.

This is understandable, especially if these issues should cause you to reach such a level of discontent that you feel that taking any risk at all is necessary to help to rebuild your confidence in your own body.

In this age, where confidence issues and mental health problems are increasingly more common, or at least it is now more widely accepted to discuss such issues and to seek support to manage or resolve these issues that may be present in your mind, be it subconsciously or at the forefront of your thoughts.

There are many potential treatments that promise to lighten your skin tone. From skin lightening creams to laser treatment, the list is growing.

However, in the interest of staying safe, it is common for people to stick to ‘the big three’ types of treatment.

As you can most probably guess, these types of treatment are; creams, laser treatment and of course, skin whitening pills.

As I eluded to before, things are changing in our day to day lives. One way that this is happening, is that people want things quicker than ever before. Quicker delivery, faster food, quicker broadband, and seemingly quicker treatment.

Pills certainly tick this box. They are accessible to an extent, they promise to work quicker than other treatments and, on the surface, they seem the easiest and most convenient of all of the treatments that were previously mentioned.

However, as I hope you will be aware of by this stage, there is always a risk associated with any treatment of this nature.

After all, changing the color of your skin is not like getting a haircut. You are changing what is probably the largest part of your personal appearance, so it is imperative to do so in the safest way possible.

Delving Deeper Into Skin Whitening Pills

With this in mind, let’s find out more about this form of treatment in greater detail.

Not unlike other treatments, skin whitening pills are designed to significantly reduce the amount of melanin that is produced by your skin. This is self-explanatory in some ways.

The more melanin that is in your skin, the darker your skin will be and the safer you will be from the powerful rays of the sun. So, when the production of melanin is limited, your skin should, in theory, appear lighter.

The pills that are designed to have this effect will contain a range of ingredients that are designed to limit this production. The list of some of these ingredients includes, but is far from limited in any way to; Glutathione and Vitamin C.

In short, Glutathione is included as it blocks the tyrosinase enzyme, which is the enzyme that helps with to accelerate the production of melanin by the human body.

The reason that pills are known as the ‘quick-fix’ of the skin lightening world, is that some of them commonly work from the inside of the body outwards, rather than from the outside in, which helps them to provide faster results when the treatment is successful. Some people have been known to use this instead of anal bleaching, to help them whiten their more intimate areas.

Just How Quickly Can I Expect Them to Work?

If indeed they are the ‘quick-fixers’ of the industry, you will no doubt want to know just how quickly you can expect to see the results of your chosen product. Well, fear not, that is what we are here to tell you.

As I mentioned just before, some of these pills are made from a Glutathione base.

These Glutathione pills will work at a slower rate than some of the other pills that are available at your fingertips – that is to say, at least they may take longer to show the results of what they are doing to your body.

As you are reading this article, it is likely that you are using the internet as your primary source of information.

This is not a bad idea. The internet is available to almost everyone the world over, for a small fee, or at least for a comparatively small fee to that of purchasing journals and books on everything that you wish to find out about.

There is also a wealth of knowledge available on the internet, many of which from leading industry experts. However, there is also a lot of bad advice that is on the internet.

Your job is to decipher the useful information from the densely populated pages of the internet and use this information to make an excellent, informed decision that gives you the best chance of success.

With this in mind, keep this at the forefront of your thoughts – there are many pages where people are able to share their own experiences with such products, and who could be better placed than people who have undergone the treatment to determine its success?

Well, medical experts. However, apart from these medical professionals, the chances are that nobody knows better than those who have undergone the treatment. However, seeing as every individual is very different, it is wise to lean on the knowledge of your doctor or at least a trained medical professional as well.

If you are looking for a specific amount of time that your pills will work in, I am afraid I will have to disappoint you.

Results differ based on each individual. Some may see results after just a few weeks, whilst for others, it can take up to a year – that is assuming that you see results at all, as of course, it is impossible to guarantee the success of any such treatments.

The average time that it takes for results to show, is said to be between four and sixth months, but as I say, do not be discouraged from continuing your treatment if you do not see results in this time period.

In case you are wondering, a range of factors could be affecting your tolerance to the treatments. These factors are; your original skin tone and the darkness of your skin, the speed of your metabolism (believe it or not) and of course, the ability of your body to absorb the effects of the pill.

As always, it is strongly advised that you visit a medical expert and an industry leader before you make your decision on which treatment is for you. They will be able to offer the best advice possible and help you make the decision on which treatment is right for you.

Side effects of Skin Whitening Pills

As you can probably imagine, consuming pills to alter your physical experience does not come without its risks.

You can find a brief list of what these potential issues are, which will hopefully help you to make a slightly more informed decision on whether or not you think pills are the right way for you to go.

Let’s get the scariest one out of the way first, it is possible that some ingredients found in some of these pills can be unsafe and even in some extreme cases be cancerous.

It is often the case that these could contain high levels of hydroquinone, which is supposed to ensure faster and stronger results when the pills are consumed.

These pills can also affect the hormone balance of an individual’s body. It can cause a large unbalance, which I do not need to tell you can have a wide range of negative side effects on your body and your mindset.

These side effects can include, but are not limited to; stress, headaches, and nausea.

Further to that, it is worth offering you a heads up that taking such pills for a prolonged period can significantly lower the levels of zinc in your body.

Last but not least, consuming any time pill, no matter what it is, will cause damage to your liver.

Be it paracetamol or these skin whitening pills, using them for a long period will cause damage to your liver by forcing it to overwork at a rate that it is not comfortable with.

With this in mind, you are now better qualified to make an informed decision on whether you feel pills are worth the risk and are the treatment for you.

Just remember to seek the advice of a medical professional before you make your final decision.

Skin Darkening

Skin Darkening

Skin Darkening

As the market for skin lightening has grown – originating in the world of adult film actresses and celebrities – so too has the demand for skin darkening procedures.

Skin darkening can refer to sun-bed tanning or, increasingly, to fake tanning products used to get that golden glow even if the weather is miserable.

If you have a naturally dark complexion then you may notice light areas developing over time.  This can be due to many factors including depleted melanin levels and various skin conditions.  One solution is to spend more time in the sun.

However, if you live somewhere where there isn’t much sunlight then this is easier said than done.  Fortunately, there are many different ‘sunless’ creams, gels and tanning solutions available to help maintain healthy, dark skin.

Skin darkening procedures

When you’re looking for skin darkening products you’ll notice that DHA (dihydroxyacetone) is a common ingredient used in almost all of the most popular lotions.  This chemical is actually a sugar which reacts with proteins in the skin to produce what is commonly known as a ‘fake tan.’  Here’s how to fake tan properly, ensuring that you get the natural results you’re looking for:

1. Wax/shave before tanning

If the areas that you want to darken aren’t already smooth then it’s a good idea to wax or shave before applying fake tan.  This makes sure that the lotion comes into contact with as much skin as possible and doesn’t get trapped in between hairs.  However, it’s important to leave at least 24 hours between waxing/shaving and applying the fake tan lotion.  This is because removing hairs will make your skin more sensitive and tanning too soon could increase the risk of skin irritation.

2. Moisturise

It’s a good idea to apply moisturizer to the intended areas the night before fake tanning to make sure your skin is as hydrated and smooth as possible.  If you leave areas of dry skin then your tan is likely to be patchy and you might not get the beach-ready look that you’re after.  Moisturised skin is healthy skin and the healthier your skin is, the less likely you are to encounter adverse effects when using intimate bleaching products.

  1. Wear gloves

A common mistake when fake tanning for the first time is forgetting to wear gloves.  While a body tan can turn heads, tanned palms aren’t exactly the height of fashion and can be mistaken for dirt.

Buy some cheap latex gloves prior to applying your fake tan.  Don’t worry too much though as you can buy tan remover if you forget to pick up a pair of gloves.

  1. Be gentle

To get the best possible results, apply a light, even layer of tanning lotion to the desired area.  Some people think that rubbing the solution into the skin will result in a better tan when the opposite is in fact true.  If you have moisturized your skin properly then the lotion will work its magic and you’ll get the tan you’re after.

  1. Follow the product directions

It can be tempting to assume that leaving your fake tan on for as long as possible will give you a stronger tan, but this is not the case.  Different products work at different speeds so always read the directions for use and stick to them.

Whether you’re bleaching or darkening, the procedure is simple and easy, designed for those looking for convenient home-based beauty solutions.  If you’ve done your research, tried the product on a small  area of skin to check for any irritants and read the directions which comes with all products then you shouldn’t have any problems at all – just remember to enjoy the new you and try to get used to all the compliments you get for looking fabulous!

Dark butt treatments

Dark or discolored buttocks is something which can affect men and women of all ages.  Because it’s one of those embarrassing ‘private’ areas, people don’t really like talking about their behind.

However, with so many lightening treatments available today, you don’t need to suffer in silence and can easily return your posterior to a more pleasing, lighter shade with little to no hassle.

There are many reasons why skin around the buttocks can discolor over time.

Some of the most common include:

  • Pressure from sitting down
  • Not applying exfoliation/ moisturizing treatments
  • The continual rubbing of clothes on the intimate areas
  • Natural hyper-pigmentation (high levels of melanin in the body)

While it might not seem like a huge problem to some, many women can feel self-conscious about dark, uneven areas of skin to the point where it can have a negative impact on their self-confidence, sex lives and even relationships with partners.  Advances in science and understanding of natural remedies have reached the point where we know how best to treat this condition.
